Hi, I’m Tori Young! I’m a pastor’s wife, proud girl mom to my sweet daughter, Eisley, and a full-time orthodontic assistant. As a woman in her mid twenties, I’m embracing this beautiful season of life where I get to live in a small-town rooted with a passion for family, faith, and adventure.
I’m from Spruce Pine, North Carolina, and grew up attending church in nearby Bakersville, where my faith was nurtured from a young age. I studied at AB Tech in Asheville, North Carolina, which prepared me for my career in orthodontics. Now, I have the joy of supporting my husband, Kagan, who pastors Bethel Free Will Baptist Church in Marion, North Carolina. I also serve as the teen Sunday school teacher at our church, helping guide the next generation in their walk with Christ.
Above all, I’m a follower of Christ. My greatest joy comes from sharing the goodness of God and leading others to Him. Through my blog, I hope to encourage and inspire by sharing stories of God’s faithfulness and the lessons I’m learning along the way.
When I’m not working or serving in ministry, you can usually find me spending time with my husband, daughter Eisley, and our Goldendoodle, Trooper. I love camping in God’s creation, reading a good book, shopping for a great find, scrapbooking, and serving in church. My heart’s mission is to create a space where others can feel uplifted, connected, and reminded of the joy that comes from living a Christ-centered life.
Feel free to reach out to me at [email protected]—I’d love to connect with you!
